Bill is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of sales/marketing and general management experience - including ten years with IBM, nine years in general management positions with small and medium companies and five years as a practice manager in a high profile consulting firm before joining IG Partners.
Bill’s general management experiences, including CEO/General Manager of several firms, provide proven experience in business plan and strategy development, raising capital, design and execution of revenue growth programs, sales system management, identifying and execution of strategic partnerships and negotiating key vendor relationships.
His successes include taking an early stage company from start up to a fully functioning, revenue generating operation and completing an exit plan objective of selling the company. Business turn-around experience includes execution responsibility for revising the business model and repositioning the company with an image of leadership in a new market segment resulting in generating a ten fold increase in revenue. Consulting experience includes an engagement that took a F100 client’s OEM revenue stream from $500 million/yr to over $4 billion/yr during a three year engagement.
