Steve, a founder and Managing Director, has operational, senior management experience in technology industries, natural resources, is a qualified Agile Scrum master, and has been an entrepreneur in both marketing and consulting services, a sharp curve from his first profession, a journalist at The New York Times. He currently serves on the board of two client companies. At Innovative Growth Partners, he has focused on our offshore business of companies entering the U.S. initiating IGP's attention in Australia, New Zealand, China and India. Steve has published on a broad range of topics from the youngest members of the Philadelphia Orchestra, for the Philadelphia Inquirer Sunday magazine to business topics on managing external communication for entrepreneurs and strategies on addressing international business journalists. He has also served as chair of the Communications Committee for the USATrack&Field organization, the NGO for Olympic athletes, a director of Association for Corporate Growth-San Francisco, and a Director of the University Club of San Francisco and is currently Chair of the Athletic Committee at the UC, where squash is his game. He also founded a monthly entrepreneur's series called First Monday at the University Club and is a founder of a San Francisco based venue for entrepreneurs and VCs called San Francisco Circle. An English major at St. Lawrence University, he picked up the pace in the midst of his business and family career by diving into the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School night school.
